The stainless steel blades are razor sharp. Unique skill of heat treatment and grinding, edging gives the knife the best possible function. Hand-washing and hand-drying after use is highly recommended. Never cut deep-frozen food or thick fish bones and never use it over oven flame. Not suitable for dishwashers.
